Shoulder stretch for 15 seconds (left)

Tricep stretch for 15 seconds (right)

Tricep stretch for 15 seconds (left)

High knees 20 seconds then butt kicks 20 seconds (repeat 4 times)

The Workout

15 push ups- 4 times

Get down on all fours, placing your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Straighten your arms and legs. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause, then push yourself back up. Repeat.

10 lunges (each leg) – 4 times

Start by standing up tall. Step forward with one foot until your leg reaches a 90-degree angle. Lift your front lunging leg to return to the starting position.

8 burpees – 3 times

Start in a squat position with your knees bent, back straight, and your feet about shoulder-width apart. Lower your hands to the floor in front of you so they’re just inside your feet. With your weight on your hands, kick your feet back so you’re on your hands and toes, and in a pushup position. Keeping your body straight from head to heels, do one pushup. Remember not to let your back sag or to stick your butt in the air. Do a frog kick by jumping your feet back to their starting position. Stand and reach your arms over your head. Jump quickly into the air so you land back where you started. As soon as you land with knees bent, get into a squat position and do another repetition.

25 squats – 4 times

Stand straight with feet hip-width apart. Tighten your stomach muscles. Lower down, as if sitting in an invisible chair. Straighten your legs to lift back up. Repeat the movement.

20 pulse ups – 3 times

Lie on your back and bring your legs straight up and together to 90 degrees. Lift your hips up off of the floor, without rocking your legs.

20 crunches – 3 times

Lie down on your back. Plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Bend your knees and place your arms across your chest. Contract your abs and inhale. Exhale and lift your upper body, keeping your head and neck relaxed. Inhale and return to the starting position.

1 min plank – 3 times

Plant hands directly under shoulders (slightly wider than shoulder width) like you’re about to do a push-up. Ground toes into the floor and squeeze glutes to stabilize your body. Your legs should be working, too — be careful not to lock or hyperextend your knees. Neutralize your neck and spine by looking at a spot on the floor about a foot beyond your hands. Your head should be in line with your back.

Be conscious and rely on your own intuition through all doubt.

Aquarius

However, it is time to recognize this is harming yourself more than helping. If you continue to do this rather than open up about your struggles, you are going to dig a deeper hole for yourself. Your support units know how hard it is for you to open up and they will appreciate you doing this. In fact, your support system will become stronger and you will begin to feel better within yourself.

Taurus

It is time to recognize you have grown and use that to your advantage to remove toxic energy in your life. Worrying about your own reputation has turned you into the person you are today, but it is a worry you do not longer need to have. If you continue to place yourself in toxic environments, you will continue to see negative results in your life. It is important to recognize you have the power to change this and only then will you be happy.

Virgo

The past few months have opened up your creative side, which has changed your outlook on nature and the world around you. Continue to be a light and airy individual and use this creative to express yourself like never before. It is not necessary that you need recognition for your works because your projects are for your own use of expression and healing. Take this artistic outlook and apply it to the kaleidoscope of life to perceive situations in a more balanced way.
