If you’re a Starbucks fanatic, you know the famous coffee shop has a “secret” menu.


Mix up your normal Bucks order with some of these awesome fall coffee beverages from the secret menu!

1.) Pumpkin Spice Cocoa Chai

What to ask for..

1.) Chai tea latte (hot or iced)

2.) One more pump of chai

3.) Pumpkin spice syrup (tall = one pump, grande = 2 pumps, venti = 3 pumps)

4.) Mocha Syrup (same rule as pumpkin spice syrup)

5.) Top with whipped cream!

2.) Caramel Snickerdoodle Macchiato

What to ask for..

1.) Iced caramel soy macchiato (upside down)

2.) 1-2 pumps vanilla syrup

Mimosa recipes for the perfect fall brunch



Sure champagne and orange juice is delicious, but why not kick brunch up a notch?!


Take a look at these “fall themed” mimosas that will bring your Sunday the extra zest it needs!

1.) Apple Cider Mimosa

  • 1 thinly sliced apple
  • 1/2 tbsp of Cinnamon sugar
  • 3 oz of apple cider
  • 5 oz of champagne/prosecco

Directions (serves 2):

  1. In a small plate evenly distribute some cinnamon sugar. Take two champagne glasses and rim with a little water and then dip them into the sugar until coated.
  2. Divide apple cider evenly between the glasses.
  3. Top each champagne glass with champagne and add the thin apple slices for garnish!

2.) White Cranberry Mimosa

  • 1 cup of refrigerated white cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle champagne (chilled)
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions (serves 4) :

Pour 1/4 cup white cranberry juice to all 4 champagne flutes, and simply top off with the champagne. Finish each glass with a sprig of rosemary for garnish and you are set!


3.) Pomegranate Mimosa

  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 3 TBSP of sugar
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 750 ml champagne (1 bottle)
  • ½ cups pomegranate seeds
  • 8 rosemary sprigs

Directions (serves 8):

  1. Glide the lime slices around the rim of the champagne flutes and dip the rims into a shallow dish coated with sugar.
  2. Fill the glasses 3/4 with champagne
  3. Top with pomegranate juice.
  4. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and rosemary.

4.) Blushing Mimosas

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons of grenadine
  • 1 bottle of Champagne/sparkling white wine

Directions (serves 4):

  • Mix together the OJ, Pineapple juice, and grenadine.
  • Add equal parts of the juice mixture and Champagne in flute glasses.
  • For garnish, add 2-3 maraschino cherries to each glass

5.) Cinnamon Pear Mimosa

  • 32 oz of filtered pear juice
  • 750 ml bottle Prosecco, or Brut champagne

Directions (serves 4):

  1. Pour equal parts pear juice and champagne into a flute glass.
  2. Garnish with a thin pear slice and serve.

1.) Pumpkin + Cinnamon Blend


Pumpkin and cinnamon are the perfect combination! Combine a Wolfgang Puck Oktober Spice Coffee Pod with Weldon’s Cinnamon Coffee Flavoring and you will have yourself one sweet cup of coffee. If you are REALLY feeling like having yourself a treat, top the coffee off with whipped cream and festive sprinkles.

2.) Salted Caramel Latte

If you’re not drooling, we are for you! This caramel cup of goodness is the PERFECT treat for any fall day.

1 tbsp caramel sauce
8 ounces coffee
4 ounces of milk (your choice)
1 tsp vanilla

**If you like “salted” caramel rim your glass with salt

**For extra sweetness, top with whipped cream.

1. Drizzle 1 tbsp of caramel sauce inside the coffee mug.

2. Fill a jar (that comes with a lid) half way with milk and shake until foamy. Remove the lid and microwave for 30 seconds.

3. Pour the coffee into the mug, and stir in the vanilla .Top with the steamed milk and whipped cream if interested. You may also add a extra drizzle of caramel sauce.

3.) “Starbucks” Pumpkin Frappuccino

Be your own barista and create this yummy pumpkin treat!


  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Whipped Cream


*To make the simple syrup combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water into a medium sauce pain. When the sugar is completely dissolved, transfer the liquid into a container and store in the refrigerator.

  1. Put the first five ingredient into a blender and mix.
  2. Add ice and continue mixing until the texture of the frappuccino is smooth. Top with whipped and/or sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice for garnish.

4.) Caramel and Chocolate Latte

If you have a Nespresso machine, this is a perfect way to add a little fall zest to your daily cup of coffee.


  • 1 capsule of Nespresso Caramelizio blend
  • 2oz milk (your choice)
  • 1 tsp. sweet ground chocolate and/or cocoa
  • 1 tsp. chocolate syrup


  1. Combine the milk and chocolate in a small saucepan and heat up over a flame.
  2. Put the ground chocolate/cocoa into a mug along with the syrup.
  3. Brew the Caramelizio coffee blend and pour into the coated mug.
  4. Stir and enjoy the sweet treat.

5.) Creamy Vanilla Chai-Tea Latte

This picture looks so good you could eat it! A recipe packed with flavor, this chai-tea latte is definitely a fall favorite.


  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 cup powdered creamer (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup  French Vanilla powdered creamer
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 oz milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon for topping 


  • Put all ingredients (except milk) into a blender.
  • In a mug, mix 2 tablespoons of the dry blended with 6 oz of hot milk/water.
  • Top with cinnamon and you have yourself a delectable latte!

The “Poisoned” Candy Apple

If “poison” means tasty liquor, count us in! This Halloween cocktail is pleasing to both the eyes and taste buds – a must have during the spooky season.


  • 1 oz of Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
  • 2 oz Crown Royal Apple
  • 3/4 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • Edible Glitter (to give it that luxurious luster)

How to make:

First, pour a decent amount of ice into a cocktail shaker. Add ALL ingredients and shake for 20-30 seconds. Simple as that, your “Poisoned Candy Apple” drink is now ready to serve!

“Adult” Apple Cider

Crisp, refreshing, and warm – this cocktail is the perfect #fallvibe

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 3 oz of apple cider OR apple juice
  • 1/2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 tbsp of hot water
  • 3/4 oz of Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 3 oz. champagne/sparkling wine
  • Sugar + Cinnamon for rim of class
  • Apple slice for garnish

How to make:

  1. Start off by combining the honey and hot water. Wait until the honey dissolves, and let the mixture cool.
  2. Prepare you cinnamon+sugar rim by blending them together in a shallow dish. Wet the rims of the glasses with water and dip them into the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Set the glasses aside.
  3. Pour the apple cider, cinnamon schnapps, and honey into a ice filled cocktail shaker.
  5. Strain the liquid into the glasses (equal parts)
  6. Top the cocktail off with champagne/or wine and stir gently.
  7. Garnish the glasses with a apple slice to give this cocktail a little extra #fallvibes

Apple Cider Sangria

Sangria is the perfect cocktail for every season! Considering making this flavorful fall sangria for your next “girls” night or family gathering.

Ingredients (for 8 servings):

  • 2 apples (chopped and cored)
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle of riesling/pinot grigio
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup club soda or ginger ale

How to make:

  1. Place the fruit, cinnamon sticks, white wine, brandy and sugar in a big pitcher.
  2. Stir well!
  3. Leave the pitcher in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to chill.
  4. Add in the club soda/ginger ale right before serving
