Kourtney Kardashian Is Dating Blink-182 Drummer Travis Barker

New couple alert!? Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s Kourtney Kardashian and Blink 182’s Travis Barker are confirmed to be the newest Hollywood couple, after years of dating speculations.

News of the relationship first stirred over the weekend after Kardashian, 41, and Barker, 45, spent time together at Kris Jenner’s home in Palm Springs, California. On Saturday, they both posted poolside shots of Kris’ backyard on Instagram.

It didn’t take long for a close source to the Karadhians to confirm the relationship. “They’re in Palm Springs together. They’ve been dating for about a month or two,” the source tells PEOPLE.

Although the news may come as a shock to some fans, the reality star and rock drummer have actually been friends for years and even neighbors in their exclusive Calabasas community. Barker has even appeared on a few “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” episodes.

“Travis has always had an eye for Kourtney,” a source told E! News. “The chemistry and flirtation has always been there.” And while we can only imagine the reaction from Kourtney’s on-again off-again flame Scott Disick, it seems the relationship is going well.

“They have a lot in common, and Kourtney has always been attracted to how Travis is as a parent,” the same source explains. “He’s an amazing, hands-on dad, and Kourtney loves that about him. They love relaxing at home with their kids, and everyone gets along. It’s going well, and they aren’t putting pressure on it being super serious at this point.”

This isn’t the first time rumors of a relationship between the eldest Kardashian and Meet the Barkers alum circulated. Many speculated that the two were an item when they were photographed leaving an L.A. vegan restaurant together in 2018, …. later in 2019 were spotted grabbing a meal together in Malibu.

However, both Barker and Kardashian have always denied the allegations – until now.

“Kourtney’s like a dear friend. That’s it. I mean, I love her to death. I love her family to death,” Barker told PEOPLE at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. “But yeah, just friends.”

And recently, a few eagle-eyed fans have noticed the flirty exchanges between Kardashian and Barker on Instagram, fueling the speculation.  Last week, Kourtney posted a selfie in her enormous walk-in closet, and Travis commented a rose emoji on the pic.

She also recently posted screenshots from the 1993 firm True Romance, to which Travis commented “You’re so cool.” In a previous interview, Travis has actually said that his favorite movie is True Romance, which began piecing the puzzle together for fans.

The couple both bring children from previous relationships: Kardashian co-parents her three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign with ex Scott Disick and Barker shares step-daughter Atiana, Alabama, and son Landosn with ex-wife Shasnna Moakler.

We wish the best for the new couple and their children!

Prince Philip Passes Away At 99

Getty Images

In case you haven’t heard the news yet, it is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh. The loving husband of England’s Queen Elizabeth peacefully passed away this morning in Windsor Castle. He was 99 years old.

A statement from Buckingham Palace announced the death Friday morning, saying “It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen announces the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.”

Bangkok Post

Prince Philip is survived by many mourning family members, including his wife, and four children: Princess Anne, Prince Charles (who will become King after Elizabeth), Prince Andrew and Prince Edward. The Prince had eight grandchildren, including Prince William and Prince Harry, who are also the parents of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, and Archie.

The Telegraph

The passing may not come as a surprise to many fans of England’s Royal Family. For months, Prince Philip has been in and out of the hospital, receiving treatment for many ailments. On February 16, the Prince was rushed to King Edward VII hospital in London, where he was treated for an infection and underwent a procedure for a heart condition. He later returned to Windsor Castle.

According to major news outlets, funeral services for Prince Phillip will be held at St. George’s Chapel. The Royal Family has asked that the public do not attend the funeral, or related events as a way to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Other tribute events include saluting batteries across the UK, Gibraltar, and on British Navy Ships according to the British Ministry of Defense. In sentimental fashion, some of the artillery being used are the same ones that were fired during Prince’s wedding to Queen Elizabeth in 1947. In an interview with CNN, the British Secretary of Defense spoke very highly of Prince Philip, saying that he was a “constant supporter and ambassador of the armed forces.”

What many people may not know is that Philip was a highly regarded naval commander. In 1939, he joined the navy and excelled to say the least. He was awarded the Best Cadet prize shortly after his entry and even fought against the Italian Navy during his time in the Mediterranean Fleet. Later, he was promoted to sub-lieutenant and even fought in the Pacific during World War II. In 1952, he became a commander but had to leave the forces the same year since the Queen began her rule.

Besides being a loyal supporter of his nation, he was also a devoted and loving husband for 73 years. His union with the Queen has been crowned (no pun intended) the longest marriage in royal history. Over the years, the Queen has spoken so highly of her beloved, and even said of their relationship in 2012, “…he has been a constant strength and guide.”

We are sending so much love and all of our condolences to the Royal Family at this time. Rest in Peace, Prince Philip!

A Complete Timeline of JLo and A-Rod’s Relationship

We are officially skeptical of whether or not true love really exists. In case you live under a rock, this weekend, news erupted that singer Jeniffer Lopez and her long time fiancee, ex-Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez have called of their engagement. However, as of Sunday, many sources like People Magazine have suggested that the couple are simply taking time to work on some things. Before we perpetuate the spread of false rumors or misinformation, we decided to reflect on all of the good times from the couple’s four year relationship. Join us for a trip down memory lane!

February 2017

It seems as though fate brought the singer and athlete together during the winter of 2017. Lopez recalled the story of seeing Rodriguez for the first time in Los Angeles, saying that the two were eating at the same restaurant when she approached him to say hello. The A-listers made small talk about life in the City of Angels, especially since Rodriguez was new to the area after years residing in the Big Apple. Days later, Rodriguez asked Lopez to accompany him on a date, and seemingly, the rest is history!

Lopez dished all about the date during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show. The star was glowing as she gushed about all the romantic details. If you want to watch it, we’ve linked the video here.

Vanity Fair

Things become official for the pair during an appearance by A-Rod on ABC’s morning talk show The View. Rodriguez had nothing but good thins about his new beau, saying, “She’s an amazing girl and one of the smartest human beings I’ve ever met and also an incredible mother.”

June 2017

Daily Mail

We love nothing more than blended families. Seriously, talk about unconditional love! In June of 2017, the pair enjoyed a “Sunday Funday” together, with all four of their kids! Lopez has twins with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony and Rodriguez has two daughters with his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis.

Later that year, Rodriguez praised Lopez for being the perfect role model for Natasha and Ella who were 12 and 8 years old respectively at the time. They even had blended Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations. Things were still going well for the new couple.

February 2018

Harper’s Bazaar

Cheers to one year! The pair celebrated one year together in February of 2018. They even celebrated Valentine’s Day with some adorably filtered Snapchat flicks. However, in March, Lopez says in an interview that she is in no rush to get married. She said to Harper’s Bazaar, “I do believe in marriage, and I would love to grow old with somebody in a committed relationship. But I’m not forcing anything right now,”

July 2018

The summer months mean hotter temperatures, but for J-Rod, it meant a hotter relationship in 2018. Two both celebrate July birthdays, and gushed about eachother and their increasingly serious relationships via Instagram, which had supporters going crazy…us included!

March 2019

Shortly after making appearances side by side at prestigious award ceremonies like the Oscars and Grammys, A-Rod officially put a ring on it. The pair got engaged after 25 months together, during a romantic getaway to the Bahamas. A-Rod, you sure set the bar high!

May 2020

The Today Show

Things were going swimmingly for the pair, and quickly stole the hearts of America, becoming one of pop-culture’s most beloved power couples. Sources close to Lopez say that she was aiming to have a summer wedding ceremony, but we all know that COVID-19 had other things in store, so plans to tie the knot had been postponed.

March 2021

Just two months following J-Lo’s performance at President Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony, rumors began to swirl that the couple had called off their nearly two year engagement. This is amidst accusations that Rodriguez was cheating with Southern Charm star, Madison LeCroy.

Whether or not these circumstances are true, we wish all the best to J-Lo and A-Rod, who both deserve nothing but a life full of love and happiness!

Girl Power 101: Influential Women

Creative Fabrica

Monday, March 8 is International Women’s Day! This holiday is celebrated anually to celebrate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. International Women’s Day is a day to remind women of how far we have come, and work that still needs to be done However, we think that powerful women need to be celebrated every day! So if you haven’t already, send a text or call one of the women in your life who pushes you to be your best self each day.

This week we are sharing with you influential women that deserve to be recognized for their contributions to society. Some of these women may be near and dear to your heart, and others, you may not know…but allow us to share with you some of our favorite boss babes!

Susan B. Anthony

“I declare to you that woman must not depend upon the protection of man, but must be taught to protect herself, and there I take my stand.”

For this one, we are throwing it back to middle school history class. Susan B. Anthony is one of America’s most beloved women’s rights activists. Born in Massachusetts in 1820 to a Quaker family, Anthony was a true social justice warrior who not only fought strong as a suffragette (she was president of the National Woman Suffrage Association) but as an abolitionist as well.

Harriet Tubman

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”

Much like Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman was a major figure in the movement against slavery in the nineteenth century. Tubman was born into slavery in the 1800s, and eventually worked on the Underground Railroad, a string of safe houses from the South to North. She made 13 missions and rescued over 70 of her enslaved family members and friends. Even more impressive, she never once lost anyone on a mission.

Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell

New York Presbyterian

“None of us know what we are capable of until we are tested.”

In our modern day COVID-19 world, we are inundated with medical advice on the daily from figures like Dr. Deborah Birx. However, it was Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell who paved the way for women in the medical field, as she was the first female to earn a medical degree in the United States. In October of 1847, Blackwell entered the Geneva Medical College (now Hobart College). She graduated in 1849 and has been an inspiration ever since!

“Everything I do is for my people.”

Remember Lewis and Clark? To jog your memory, the famous duo headed west on an expedition following the Louisiana Purchase, to explore unchartered territory. However, this trip was largely possible due to the help of Sacagawea, a Lemhi Shoshone Native American woman who served as an interpreter on the journey. You know the saying, “behind every great man there is an even greater woman!”

Rosa Parks

“Each person must live their life as a model for others.”

Rosa Parks was born in Alabama in the year 1913. You probably remember learning about her efforts in the Civil Rights Movement, including her famous Montgomery Bus Boycott. To refresh you, this was the iconic, empowering moment when Parks refused to give up her seat on a bus to a white man, which at the time was standard. Parks continued to be a strong figure in the movement, and has since been named the “first lady of civil rights” by the US Congress.

Malala Yousafzai

New York Post

“I truly believe the only way we can create global peace is through not only educating our minds, but our hearts and our souls.”

To conclude, we are bringing it back to modern day. In 2012 at the ripe age of fifteen years old, Malala began to speak out about women’s right to education in Pakistan, which unfortunately made her a target for violence. She was shot in October of that year, and after months of surgeries and rehab, relocated the United Kingdom where she continued to advocate for women’s rights. With the help of her father, they created the Malala Fund. In 2020 she graduated from Oxford University, and she continues to use her platform to fight for women’s advancements.

Who is you favorite influential woman?
