Single leg deadlift
Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart. For an added challenge, hold a dumbbell (or a water bottle or even wine bottle) in each hand at waist level, palms facing you. Keeping back flat and core engaged, bend from the hips and slowly lower hands toward the floor, keeping them close to your body, while simultaneously lifting left leg behind you. Stop when your chest is parallel to the floor. Hold for one second, then return to standing. That’s 1 rep. Repeat for 10 to 12 reps, then switch legs.

Goblet squat
Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, holding one dumbbell with both hands in front of you. Pushing knees outward, lower into a squat, keeping knees behind your feet. Squeeze your butt muscles and push through your heels to stand up, lifting arms overhead toward the right. (For an added challenge, add weights like a dumbbell or even a heavy book.) Twist your torso slightly, but keep legs and feet still. Repeat for 10 to 12 reps, then twist to the left side.

Keeping your spine straight and core engaged, lower into a squat, bringing your thighs as close to parallel to the floor as you can. Then squeeze your butt muscles and push through your heels to come up to standing, rising up onto the balls of your feet. Lower back into a squat and repeat for 10 to 12 reps.

Stand with your arms by your sides and a stability ball positioned between your lower back and a wall. Hold this for 30 seconds, 4 times.

Walking lunge
Step your right leg forward and lower your body so that your right knee is directly over your right ankle, and your left hip is directly over your left knee. Squeeze your butt muscles and push up to stand on your right leg, lifting your left knee to your chest. Place your left leg on the ground in front of you and repeat the exercise on the opposite side. For an added challenge, add weights. Continue repeating for 10 to 12 reps on each leg.

Stand with your feet together and take a big step with your right leg out to the right. Keeping your back flat, shoulders lifted, and left leg extended, bend your right knee and lower your butt toward the ground. (Don’t let your right knee go past your right ankle.) Pack Up + Go is a surprise travel agency that plans your entire getway for you. The website will take care of travel, amenities and other accommodations for you. It can not get easier than that! The survey consists of questions such as your budget for travel + accommodation, budget Per person for plane/train trips, per hotel room, how far you are willing to travel, your transportation preference, travel dates, other travel preferences, traveler interests and traveler information. After you fill out the survey the team will get started on planning your vacation.
A week before your trip you will receive an email providing information like the weather forecast for your destination, recommended items to pack, ( either a bathing suit, a jacket ot hiking apparel) any luggage size restrictions, where to go and when (Example: Grand Central Station, Friday at 10:30AM!)
A few days before the trip, you will receive an envelope from Pack Up + Go. However, it is highly recommended to not open the envelope until you get to your transportation station in order to keep the element of surprise. Inside will be where you are going, information on the area and its city guide, directions to your accommodations, restaurant recommendations, entertainment recommendations and rainy day activities. Once it is time to depart or you are at the transportation station, you can open up the envelope to reveal where you are heading off to!
There are four different trip types to choose from including staycation, outdoor adventure, plane/train and road trip. Each trip type has its own minimum budget, minimum and maximum trip duration, and different pre-booked accommodations. This can help narrow down travel options for the person booking the trip and the agency. Some of the cities previously visited include Austin, Boston, Birmingham, Canon City, Chapel Hill, Chicago, Denver, Miami, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Philly, Saratoga Springs, Seattle, San Diego, and Savannah. Obviously, there is a wide variety of areas to travel to with Pack Up + Go
They also have a package, Pack Up + Go Picks, where you decide on the city and hotel and for $100 they will plan the activities you will participate in while on vacation. Everything from sightseeing, restaurants, and central activities will be recommended.
